It's been a while
Well I’m back. I have been really busy but I now have more time for the site. Over the time I have been training for strength. I have made allot of progress in this time. I want to work on the site some more so I need some suggestions on articles to right and things to add. If you would, please drop me a line and tell me what to put up.

Updated the look of the site a bit, added some music, and added some awards .

Added a new page to the about me section.

I added a new page titled "About Me." It will give you an overview about my diet, workout and such. I am not done with it though. As soon as I get a chance, I will add the other stuff.
Terrorist Attack
First of all my deepest condolences go out to all affected by this tragedy. I was affected not by my connection with the victims concerning family’s ties, but because of our non-communal ties. I am talking about our relationship as American citizens. We are all connected this way. So if they are taken away, it is like a peace of me being taken away. This attack is inexcusable and the nation cries out for vengeance. But we must take our time. Quick conclusions lead to skape goating and bigotry. Don’t let your anger swell up in you as hate.
